Off Days

During my off riding days I’m working my arms and shoulders, focusing more on my shoulders. I’m starting out with a pair of five pound dumbells and I have a pair of 8’s ready for when get a little stronger.

Right now I’m using Kelly Roberts 10 minute workouts.

The problem is, Kelly doesn’t look like she can take BOL. Dammit, am I doomed to failure for another season?

Maybe BOL will just up and die for me. That’d make it all so much easier.
