Another attempt to avoid being Fat Bastard’s body double.

Trying to force my body to burn more fat. Picked an easy gear and a cadence usually 85 – 95 RPMs.

I also found out the hard and ugly way just how much good padded cycling shorts do.

Why did I choose an hour? I didn’t. I chose 2 hours. But I road in sweatpants, no cycling shorts beneath, but was in serious pain by the end of an hour. Twas me butt decided that 1 hour was a good stopping point.
